Your client cares about one thing.
Sure, she cares about the deliverable. And the budget. And all the little nitpicky things.
But the one thing she REALLY cares about?
And generally, that means keeping her boss happy.
So find your client’s boss, and figure out what they want (or, often, more importantly, what they DON’T want).
Then, and only then, will you have a happy client.
